October 3rd was the end of my streak of running at least 3 mieveryday since August 13, 2014. I tripped again, kicking a rock and stiff legging a dip in the trail that really jarred my lower back. I woke up today and could barely move. I tried running through the minimal back pain for a little over a week, but it’s not going to happen feeling like this.
